We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was great and the facilities were great. Parking was easily available nearby and public transportation was convenient, with various minibuses stopping just outside the hotel entrance. The location was also perfect, with plenty of food options available nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good enough English. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located near a vibrant area with many food options and public transportation at the doorstep. the room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff were cordial and had decent English, and laundry service was also available. Plus, the air conditioning was very effective during hot weather.
The breakfast choices were limited and could be improved.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Good location for travelers crossing the border. Convenient amenities offered, such as bathrobes and room service.
Sewage smell in the morning and basic breakfast options. the pool and sauna were unexpectedly unavailable and staff struggled to speak English.

During my Christmas stay, the room had fresh linen and was clean. I liked that the bed was comfortable and there were bathrobes provided. The location was convenient for those who travel from the border with Uzbekistan. It was easy to find minibusses and food nearby.
Though the staff was friendly, the language barrier was an issue. There were difficulties in communicating needs and wants.
